AYS Group is seeking high-performing Insurance Sales Closers for a 100% remote, commission-only role. You will convert inbound leads, manage a fast-paced schedule of calls and follow-ups, and close new policies from home. A professional home office and reliable internet are required.

Earns are uncapped, with typical monthly commissions from $10,000 to $25,000, depending on performance. This full-time role offers no prospecting and rewards top producers who can close quickly and maintain high
