Daily Responsibilities: Provide small animal care with compassion and expertise Monitor anesthesia during surgical procedures Implement Fear Free techniques to ensure a stress-free environment for our patients Assist with preventive care and wellness exams Perform IV catheterization and medication administration Required Skills: Licensed Veterinary Technician Ability to perform dental procedures Experience in anesthesia monitoring Strong background in small animal care and welfare Proficient in IV catheterization and medication administration Good communication skills and ability to relate well to other team members Nice to Have Skills: Experience with discharge planning and critical care Knowledge of surgery, triage, and lab procedures Proficiency in venipuncture and catheterization Technical Skills: Experience in anesthesia monitoring Knowledge of medication administration Proficiency in ultrasound and venipuncture Salary and Benefits: Minimum Salary: $32/hr Maximum Salary: $34/hr Vacation Leave, Sick Leave, Holiday Pay, Petcare Allowance 4-day workweek, no weekend or evening hours Company Information: Companion Veterinary Clinic is a full-service animal hospital in Snohomish, Washington, providing comprehensive veterinary care, surgery, and wellness services for pets.
