Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $63.65 per hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide holistic and specialized care to CVICU patients recovering from cardiovascular procedures
• Perform assessments, develop, and revise patient care plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care
• Monitor patient vitals and respond to changing clinical conditions
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Document patient care accurately in compliance with hospital standards
• Support active patient and family education throughout the care process

What You Need:

• Valid RN license in Minnesota or ability to obtain
• Minimum 2 years ICU/CVICU experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong clinical skills in cardiovascular patient management
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
