Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Chronic Pain Physical Therapy, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, developing tailored treatment plans that reflect their unique health conditions, and utilizing evidence-based practices to optimize recovery.
• Administering therapeutic techniques such as manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities that align with the physician's treatment plan.
• Monitoring and documenting patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure rehabilitation goals are met.
• Delivering top-notch customer service by ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and communicating effectively with patients and their families.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance overall patient outcomes, sharing insights and strategies to improve care.
• Providing education and support to patients and caregivers, ensuring they understand their treatment plans and can actively participate in their rehabilitation journey.
• Achieving minimum utilization goals and adhering to organizational business objectives for service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will have the opportunity to work with an array of patient demographics, focusing on orthopedic cases, as well as pediatric and neurologic conditions, and sports medicine challenges. Qualifications

To excel in this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A Doctorate (DPT) in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license in Physical Therapy.
• A minimum of two years of direct experience in physical therapy, preferably with an orthopedic focus.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on building rapport with patients.
• Proficiency in word processing and other computer skills relevant to documentation and reporting.
• A proven ability to establish strong therapeutic relationships that empower patients to meet and exceed their functional goals.
• A deep-rooted passion for connecting with people and advocating for their recovery.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with additional experience in specialized therapy areas (e.g., pediatric, neurologic therapies) or those familiar with advanced rehabilitation technologies and methodologies will be given preference.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
