Diesel Technician - 1st Shift

Diesel TechnicianBenore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a Diesel Technician to perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on our fleet to ensure peak performance and compliance with DOT regulations. This hands-on role provides the opportunity to enhance your technical skills through ongoing training while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Key Responsibilities:Perform Medium-Level Repairs – Conduct clutch replacements, suspension rebuilds, after-treatment maintenance, and other mid-level repairs.Comprehensive Diagnostics – Troubleshoot and repair engines, cooling systems, fuel systems, and electrical components.Ensure Regulatory Compliance – Conduct inspections and repairs in adherence to DOT and company safety standards.Streamline Maintenance Processes – Work closely with parts specialists and management to optimize workflow and efficiency.Commit to Continuous Learning – Stay updated with industry advancements through OEM training and professional development opportunities.Qualifications & Requirements:Education: High School Diploma or GED required.Experience: 1-3 years of experience as a diesel technician.Technical Skills: Extensive knowledge of DOT rules and regulations for commercial vehicle maintenance.Ability to efficiently complete repairs while maintaining quality, time, and cost guidelines.Strong diagnostic skills across multiple vehicle systems.Growth Mindset: Eagerness to develop skills and stay updated with industry best practices.Benefits & Compensation:At Benore Logistic Systems, Inc., we offer competitive compensation, industry-leading benefits (after 90 days of employment), and a culture that values professional growth and work-life balance.
