Budget Analyst

Budget AnalystThis position is responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, and performing complex budgetary and financial operations. It oversees the formulation of budget requests and operating budgets, works closely with program directors to assess and address budgetary needs, and manages assigned operating budgets. The role includes completing surveys and studies to determine state agency fiscal requirements for assigned divisions, conducting research on legislation, and preparing fiscal information for legislative appropriation and substantive bills.
