Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients presenting with mood disorders to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of their symptoms.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs and preferences, ensuring personalized care.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to promote effective treatment outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care strategies to empower informed decision-making.

• Monitor and document client progress continually, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on evolving circumstances and therapeutic outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated, holistic care for clients, addressing all aspects of their well-being.

• Stay informed on the latest research and best practices in mood disorder treatments to enhance therapy effectiveness.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
