Salary: $141,000 - 181,000 per year Requirements:
- Five years of progressive information technology experience.
- Three years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification by contract start.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification by contract start.
- ServiceNow CIS certification for a core workflow by contract start or within 90 days.
- DoD IAT Level II certification.
- Qualification under DoD Cyber Workforce Framework work role 621 or 451.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, Bootstrap, REST/SOAP APIs, Flow Designer, MID Server, LDAP, SAML, and SSO.
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, App Engine, integrations, testing, and Agile delivery.
- Ability to obtain and maintain CAC, DBIDS, SAAR-N, and required Navy system access.
- Ability to work full-time onsite at Naval Base San Diego.
- Configure and develop ServiceNow ITSM and App Engine applications.
- Migrate Oracle APEX applications and business processes to ServiceNow.
- Build workflows using Flow Designer, JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Server.
- Configure SSO, LDAP, SAML, role-based access, and field-level security.
- Support workflows involving PII and PHI.
- Conduct testing and peer reviews, correct defects, and support releases.
- Maintain technical documentation, POA&M updates, and Agile work items.
- Deliver training, demonstrations, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
- Collaborate directly with Navy stakeholders and government technical personnel.
