Tier 2 IT Support Engineer: Microsoft 365 & Automation

Concept Plus LLC

Concept Plus is seeking a Tier 2 Help Desk Engineer to provide high-level IT support for 300+ users and optimize IT operations in a federal contractor environment. The role emphasizes strong Microsoft 365 administration, documentation, and cross-team collaboration. You will own Tier 2 issues, assist Tier 1 during spikes, and work with Tier 3 engineers on complex incidents, while enforcing security and compliance standards such as CMMC/NIST. #J-18808-Ljbffr Concept Plus
