About This Role The Registered Nurse on 3 North Med/Surg at Hackensack Meridian Health is responsible for delivering evidence-based nursing practices and ensuring safe, individualized patient-centered care. Highlights Location: Holmdel, NJ Facility: Hackensack Meridian Health Schedule: Full-time, Day shift What You'll Do Deliver nursing practices according to evidence-based research and standards of care. Communicate ongoing patient status and treatment plans with healthcare team members. Ensure optimal patient and guest satisfaction according to Hackensack Meridian Health standards. Administer medications using the latest clinical documentation technology. Provide patient and family-centered care to optimize health and wellness. Collaborate interdisciplinary to manage patient care plans from admission to discharge. Requirements Education: BSN strongly preferred or must obtain within 3 years Experience: Six (6) months of relevant nursing experience or participation in Hackensack Meridian Health Nurse Residency Program Licenses & Certifications: Current and valid New Jersey Registered Professional Nurse license Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR certification #J-18808-Ljbffr IntelliResume
