Open Enrollment Specialist

Description1. The CSR demonstrates detailed knowledge of the clients’ plan provisions and Health and Welfare benefit enrollment to ensure the maximum level of service is provided on every interaction. 2. This position requires critical thinking skills, strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and the ability to convey ownership. 3. The position requires the ability to work independently and in a team environment. 4. Assist participants in a concierge service model, addressing most inquiries end to end. 5. Provide high quality, proactive service, ensuring the successful completion of all inbound inquiries in a timely manner, keeping the participant apprised of status throughout the process in a proactive manner. 6. Ensure an optimal participant experience in the handling of all inquiries end-to-end. 7.
