Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations to assess patient needs and formulate individualized treatment plans based on best practices and evidence-based interventions.

• Offer therapeutic services through individual therapy sessions, utilizing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and other therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's circumstances.

• Deliver virtual therapy appointments, ensuring a supportive and safe environment for clients to engage in discussions about their mental health and end-of-life issues.

• Maintain compliance with ethical guidelines, organizational policies, and state regulations to protect patient confidentiality and uphold professional standards.

• Accurately document all clinical interactions, treatment plans, and patient progress in our electronic health record (EHR) system for effective communication with the care team.
