Business Development Manager – Outside SalesCharlotte, NC | Local Territory | Base Salary + Uncapped CommissionAre you a driven B2B sales professional who enjoys building relationships, opening new doors, and winning new business?Elwood Staffing is looking for a Business Development Manager to grow our presence in the Charlotte, NC market. You'll have the support, training, and resources needed to build your territory while earning uncapped commissions.What You'll DoProspect and develop new B2B business opportunities.Build relationships with decision-makers and identify workforce solutions.Conduct client meetings, presentations, and proposals.Negotiate, close, and onboard new accounts.Partner with recruiting and operations teams to deliver exceptional customer service.Travel locally throughout your territory (60–70% field-based). This is not a remote position.
