We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Automotive Billing Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience billing new and used vehicle retail deals, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment. What You'll Do Process and bill new and used vehicle retail deals accurately and efficiently Review retail sales deals inTekion to ensure accuracy Maintain and reconcile Contracts in Transit (CIT) schedules Work closely with finance and retail sales department administrators to ensure timely and accurate deal processing Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and documentation issues Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with dealership procedures Provide excellent customer service and support daily dealership operations What We're Looking For Minimum 1 year of automotive billing experience with new and used vehicle retail deals Experience with Tekion preferred Valid Texas driver's license Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Professional attitude, positive work ethic, and high ethical standards Commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Life Insurance & Short-Term Disability 401(k) with Company Match Paid Vacation & Paid Holidays Continuous Improvement Training Employee Discounts on Vehicles, Parts & Services Opportunities for Career Growth Ability to commute/relocate: Tomball, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Parkway Family Auto is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
