Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Detox

Job Overview Southern Tennessee Regional Health System – Pulaski invites a dedicated Detox LPN to provide compassionate, community‑centered care. Schedule: Full‑Time, Day; 3x12 shifts (7 a.m. – 7 p.m.), rotating weekends. How You’ll Contribute Provide direct patient care under RN supervision, following scope and standards of practice. What We’re Looking For Current Tennessee or compact state LPN license. Graduate of a practical nursing program. AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire. PEARS certification within 6 months of hire. IV competency preferred; intent to obtain within 1 year of hire. Handle With Care (HWC) certification preferred. Critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision. Experience in a stressful environment; one‑year prior experience preferred.
