Job Title: Facilities Management Support Associate

Location: Pittsfield, MA 01201 (Onsite)

Duration: 6-months contract + Potential extend

Position Summary:

Seeking a Facilities Management Support Associate with 4+ years of facilities maintenance experience to support day-to-day building operations in a corporate environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with building maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance, conference room setups, and mechanical/electrical systems while ensuring a safe and efficient workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general building maintenance including painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, masonry, roofing, flooring, doors, locks, and minor HVAC repairs.
• Repair and install furniture, equipment, floor coverings, ceilings, windows, and other building components.
• Coordinate conference room setups and assist with onboarding/training new team members.
• Monitor mechanical and electrical equipment and support preventive maintenance activities.
• Assist the Facilities Manager with work order processing, repair scheduling, and vendor coordination.
• Support life safety and fire protection systems and respond to facility emergencies as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of facilities maintenance, engineering, or building operations experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, HVAC, and general building repairs.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and customer service skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Corporate facilities maintenance experience.
• Military/Armed Forces background is a plus.
