Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, employing different modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused techniques, and family systems approaches to address a variety of emotional and psychological concerns.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health and relational needs, create tailored treatment plans, and set measurable outcomes to track progress over time.

• Provide immediate support and interventions during crisis situations, ensuring the safety of clients and their support systems while adhering to established crisis management protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active, unrestricted license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Maryland.
