The team is supportive, collaborative, and tight knit, with coworkers who genuinely enjoy working together.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full payroll process accurately and on scheduleHandle payroll reporting, reconciliations, and related accounting responsibilitiesPartner with HR and Accounting as payroll responsibilities transition into a separate functionResearch and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee questionsMaintain accurate payroll records and ensure complianceRequirements:Previous payroll and payroll accounting experienceExperience with BeyondPay requiredExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central requiredStrong attention to detail and ability to independently manage payrollCollaborative personality and strong communication skills
