Production Team Lead
Location: Fullerton, CA
Shifts Available: 2nd Shift
Position Type: Seasonal (Ends December 2026)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Bilingual Production Team Lead to oversee production activities at our Buena Park and Fullerton facilities. This is a seasonal position estimated to end in November/December 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate daily activities of production team members.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are consistently met.
- Communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking team members.
- Train, coach, and support production staff to maintain high performance and morale.
- Monitor workflow and make adjustments as needed to meet production goals.
- Maintain accurate records of production metrics and employee performance.
- Collaborate with supervisors and management to resolve any production issues.
Requirements:
- Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English (required).
- Prior supervisory or team lead experience required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- To travel to both sites as needed is required.
