In this dynamic role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers seeking authentication, restoration, and custom shop services for their putters. You’ll manage high volumes of calls and emails with professionalism and product expertise, ensuring every customer receives timely and accurate support. From coordinating custom modifications to overseeing order accuracy and shipping, you’ll play a key role in delivering the world-class experience Scotty Cameron is known for.
