Global Finance - Leveraged Finance Associate

Job Summary Sidley Austin LLP is seeking associates for its Global Finance Group to work on leveraged finance transactions, including acquisition financings, refinancings, dividend recaps, liability management transactions, and restructuring‑related financings. Key Responsibilities Draft and negotiate transaction documents. Generally lead financing transactions on behalf of borrower and lead arranger clients. Qualifications At least three years of experience with syndicated lending and/or private credit/direct lending, representing either borrowers or lead arrangers. Strong experience with sponsor finance/LBO finance preferred. Candidate must be admitted or eligible for admission to the Washington DC bar. Compensation and Benefits Target salary range: $310,000 – $445,000. Compensation package includes bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits program. Benefits information can be found here.
