Litigation ParalegalBOS Staffing is partnering with our client, a growing Queens-based personal injury firm known for aggressive advocacy and high-touch client service, to hire a Litigation Paralegal who wants to be in the middle of the action, not stuck on the sidelines.What We Offer:Competitive compensation package401(k) with employer matching to support your long-term plansComprehensive health insuranceGenerous paid time offOpportunity to work in a modern, professional office with a friendly, collaborative teamYou Will:Draft summons and complaints, bills of particulars, and discovery responses on active personal injury casesPrepare and e-file pleadings and other court documents via NYSCEF, helping move cases efficiently through the courtsCoordinate the collection, review, and production of discovery materials, including medical records and other evidenceHandle subpoenas, discovery coordination, and deposition preparation so attorneys are fully armed for negotiations and hearingsCommunicate with attorneys, staff, and clients to keep cases on track and clients informedIf You Have:3+ years of personal injury litigation experience (plaintiff-side experience is especially valuable)Strong understanding of New York civil litigation proceduresHands-on experience with NYSCEF e-filingMotion drafting experience is a plusHighly organized with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and contribute as a reliable member of a close-knit teamIf you're looking to take the next step in your litigation career with a firm that truly fights for injured clients, gives paralegals meaningful responsibility from intake through settlement, and offers real room to grow as the firm expands, we'd love to talk.
