Job Description Legal Assistant / Paralegal We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Legal Assistant / Paralegal to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide critical support to our attorneys and assist with a wide range of legal and administrative tasks to help ensure the efficient handling of cases and client matters. Responsibilities Conduct legal research to support case preparation and ongoing legal proceedings Assist with drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents, correspondence, and case files Investigate facts and gather information relevant to claims, disputes, and negotiations Monitor case deadlines and help ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations Maintain accurate client records and organize confidential case information Provide general administrative and litigation support to attorneys as needed Qualifications Previous experience as a Legal Assistant, Paralegal, or in a related legal support role Familiarity with legal research and legal document preparation Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information with discretion #J-18808-Ljbffr
