Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, gathering information on clients' mental health issues, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that include specific goals, interventions, and progress evaluation in collaboration with clients and their families.

• Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to clients’ mental health care.

• Deliver crisis intervention services, perform risk assessments, and formulate safety plans when necessary to safeguard client well-being.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of all therapy sessions and client interactions in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to promote community and shared experiences among clients.

In this position, you will serve a diverse clientele in Los Angeles, ranging from children and adolescents to adults and families facing mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and more. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with a sign-on bonus.
