As a therapist within our community health clinic setting, you will work with a diverse client base, encountering various mental health challenges in a flexible and adaptive framework. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations that identify the specific mental health needs of clients, using standardized tools and client interviews. Create personalized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based therapeutic approaches, ensuring that interventions are tailored to meet each client's unique circumstances. Provide virtual therapy sessions through secure platforms, ensuring confidentiality and comfort while adjusting techniques to suit each client's preferred communication style. Collaborate closely with clients to establish clear therapeutic goals, discussing progress and adjusting plans as necessary to maintain efficacy. Document all therapy sessions meticulously, maintaining accurate and timely records of client interactions to track progress and inform ongoing treatment. Participate in regular supervision and team meetings to share best practices, seek guidance, and enhance your skills in a supportive environment. Patient Population / Client Focus As a mental health therapist at Calm Horizon Lifestyle Solutions, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our focus is on providing culturally competent care, rooted in empathy and respect for each client's unique background and experiences. Qualifications Must hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients in a virtual setting. Empathetic disposition and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by clients in mental health care. Strong organizational and time management abilities are essential to effectively balance your caseload and administrative duties. Preferred Experience Previous experience in a community health clinic or similar setting is a plus, particularly with telehealth. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, etc.) tailored to meet client needs. Proficient with remote therapy platforms and technology, ensuring smooth session delivery. Compensation and Benefits Annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000, commensurate with the caseload and experience.
