Recruiter PositionWe are looking for a recruiter for a luxury resort in Montana. This is a hands-on recruitment role for someone who takes pride in finding the right people, building strong pipelines, and supporting a high-performing HR function. You will manage full-cycle hiring across all levels of the organization and play a key part in shaping the resort's people strategy.Own the end-to-end recruitment process across all levels, from line colleagues to leadership and international program participantsManage and nurture relationships with external recruitment partnersBuild talent pipelines through community outreach, career fairs, and strategic partnershipsOversee benefits administration, including health insurance, leave programs, and retirement plansSupport new hire onboarding and colleague offboarding in coordination with the wider HR teamConduct regular compensation benchmarking and present recommendations to HR leadershipAdvise managers on recruitment best practices, employee relations, and performance managementMinimum 2 years of HR or talent acquisition experience, ideally within a luxury resort environmentFamiliarity with international hiring programs is a strong advantageProficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS platformsStrong communicator with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of an organizationHighly organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced settingBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferredUSD $65,000 - $75,000, negotiable based on experienceFull-time role at a luxury resort in Montana
