THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Business Development Specialist at Wulf Talent, your mission is simple: get in front of Memphis companies that need recruiting support and bring them into the pack.

This is a boots on the ground role. You'll be knocking on doors, walking into businesses, and meeting decision makers in person across Memphis, TN. When you're not out visiting clients, you're working remote, prospecting, building your pipeline, and managing your leads.

THIS ROLE IS YOURS TO SHAPE

You control the pipeline. You control the relationships. You control the income. There are no earning caps.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Prospect and identify Memphis companies that actively hire talent
• Walk in, introduce yourself, and open the conversation face to face
• Build relationships with decision makers, including CEOs, HR leaders, and hiring managers
• Secure signed recruiting agreements with new clients
• Collaborate with our recruiting team to fill open roles for your clients
• Maintain ongoing client relationships and sniff out additional hiring needs
• Manage remote outreach through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email, and phone between visits

IDEAL BACKGROUND

Strong fit for candidates with experience in:

• Staffing or recruiting sales
• B2B sales or agency account management
• Business development in professional services
• Entrepreneurs or independent sales professionals
