I’ve been a State Farm agent for 46 years and lead a team of five with a strong foundation built on experience, consistency, and long-term relationships. From the beginning, I was driven by the goal of owning my own business and building something lasting.

I attended Loyola University and am married with two daughters. Family and stability have always been important to me, both personally and professionally.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Glen Monroe - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
• Property/Casualty and Life/Health insurance licenses.
• Prior State Farm experience highly preferred.
