Talent Acquisition Specialist

Anchor Talent has partnered with a global manufacturer who is looking for a Contract Recruiter. This is a temp-to-hire. This role will support their high-volume recruitment efforts across North America (US, Canada, Mexico). Responsibilities Full-cycle recruitment supporting hiring managers, engineers, sales, production floor, HR, and technical professionals. Working with hiring managers to create, update and write accurate job descriptions. Work strategically and in partnership with business to develop and implement recruitment methodologies, hiring diverse strategies, to attract specific and difficult to find professionals to fill open positions. Build and manage talent network and professional relationships. Create processes, plan, maintain onsite/campus recruiting and external recruitment events. Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for current open requisitions. Cultivate professional relationships with industry contacts and networks. Requirements 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment and managing the recruiting needs. Bilingual Preferred - Spanish or French. Experience recruiting within the manufacturing industry. Thrive in fast-paced environment, be comfortable with change, and working on multiple projects at once. #J-18808-Ljbffr
