Office Associate II

The Department of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine is seeking an experienced administrative support professional to perform administrative functions associated with research activities and grant support. Key roles and responsibilities include performing standard clerical and administrative duties, reading and prioritizing incoming mail, making travel arrangements and reservations, scheduling appointments, ordering supplies, maintaining databases and reports, assisting with special projects, drafting and typing correspondence, and handling confidential information, dictation, and transcription. Knowledge of administrative experience is required. Hourly range: $15.00 - $24.40. Education: High School diploma or GED and five (5) years of related experience required.
