Speech Language Therapist

Fort Lee Public Schools is seeking a speech language specialist for the 2026-2027 school year. Qualifications include holding a NJ DOE speech language specialist certification, a master's degree in the speech/language field from an accredited college/university, and evidence of success in speech correction demonstrated by prior experience. Experience working in a school setting is preferred, along with knowledge of individualized education plans (IEP's). Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are required. This is a full-time, tenure track, 10 month position with benefits, with a salary range based on the FLEA salary guide, ranging between $67,875 to $121,709, commensurate with experience. The position start date is September 1, 2026.
