Work Environment\n

This position is 100% remote, enabling you to deliver counseling services to clients via live video sessions. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly video counseling sessions with individual adults, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to meet each client's needs.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to ensure comprehensive treatment plans.

• Utilize symptom self-assessments and functional improvement measures to evaluate client progress and adjust therapeutic approaches as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions and treatment plans in our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Participate in regular team meetings for case consultations, sharing best practices, and discussing client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily engage with adult clients facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and interpersonal relationship issues. Your role is crucial in facilitating their self-discovery and healing processes, guiding them towards healthier coping mechanisms and lifestyle changes.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and active licensure to practice as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) , or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) .

• No limitations on licenses, and no disciplinary actions in your professional history.

• Proficient in clinical evaluation and treatment planning, demonstrating the ability to make informed decisions for treatment implementation.

• Proven ability to establish rapport and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients in a remote setting.
