Seattle, WA- Onsite Salary $58,240 - $72,800 DOE This role offers stability, visibility across the organization, and the chance to play an important part in supporting employees and hiring initiatives. Key Responsibilities For The HR Specialist Role Process and track invoices related to HR, recruiting, and employee programs. Post and manage job openings across multiple recruiting platforms and internal systems. Coordinate candidate and hiring manager schedules, interviews, and recruiting-related communications. Manage new hire and employee paperwork, ensuring accurate and timely processing within HR systems. Administer and track annual performance reviews, including follow-up communications, deadlines, and system updates. Qualifications For The HR Specialist 2+ years of HR, recruiting coordination, HR administration, or related experience. Experience working with HRIS, applicant tracking systems (ATS), or other HR software. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
