Having strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of industry standards and regulations is a must! Ability to build trust with clients while also understanding how to navigate Novacore's niche products is needed to be successful.## Responsibilities:* Attract, retain, and grow! – Attract new prospects/customers, continually retain your existing book of business and continue to grow it year after year.* Overall client relationship management – Responsible for maintaining the client relationship at the highest level.* Coordinate delivery of all risk management services. This includes renewals, claims reviews, and loss control meetings – The Insurance Brokers service team handles these tasks, the producer is responsible for coordinating the delivery.* Responsible for new business development by soliciting accounts that meet Novacore's revenue thresholds.* Demonstrate technical knowledge necessary to communicate solutions to all clients and prospects.* Collaborate with new business team to identify coverage or service deficiencies in a prospects policies and process.* Identify target niches and build a book of business around those specific industries – Become a subject matter expert in these niches.* Join associations geared toward targeted industry and attend networking opportunities.* Focus time and efforts on driving new revenue. The Account Management Team will support the day-to-day servicing of accounts.* Build a business within a business by becoming an industry leader.## **Qualifications:*** Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.* 5+ years of experience in sales preferred.* Prior experience within Insurance.* Experience in defined niches preferred.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Excellent interpersonal skills.* Strong sales skills and product knowledge.* Strong presentation skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr Novacore
