We are a comedy supper club located in the heart of Union Square, boasting an excellent food and beverage program and need true industry professionals to make it all right.
We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented reservationist to join our front of house team. The ideal candidate will serve as a point of contact for our guests, handling reservations, inquiries, and special requests with efficiency and professionalism. Responsibilities
This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the relaunch of a renowned venue, and we’re seeking experienced and energetic staff to be a part of our team. We are industry veterans that have put together a place with passion, skills and a whole lot of heart.
Position overviewWe are seeking a professional and detail-oriented reservationist to join our front of house team. The ideal candidate will serve as a point of contact for our guests, handling reservations, inquiries, and special requests with efficiency and professionalism. Responsibilities
- Manage reservations using OpenTable and Tripleseat
- Calling ticketholders to update them on specials and promotions relating to their shows
- Communicating guest's needs and special requests to the management and service teams
- Provide information about the venue and its policies to guests
- Maintain accurate guest records and profiles to enhance repeat visits
- Support host and management team with guest relations as needed
