Strategic Benefits Manager — Open Enrollment & Compliance

Addison Group is seeking an experienced Benefits Administrator in Chicago to manage U.S. employee benefits programs, oversee open enrollment, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will coordinate with Brokers, HR, Payroll, and Finance to optimize costs and improve reporting and education for employees. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in benefits administration, deep ERISA/COBRA/ACA/HIPAA knowledge, and experience with multi-state programs and HRIS such as Workday or ADP. #J-18808-Ljbffr Addison Group
