About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Growth and Media to take on a pivotal role in owning and leading the paid demand strategy and enterprise media investment across the full customer journey. This executive will be responsible for performance marketing, market investment, and growth planning, with a direct focus on delivering qualified opportunity volume at an efficient cost. The role demands a strategic leader who can connect national scale with regional and local priorities, and who will partner closely with various business functions to drive measurable growth and market share. Key responsibilities include setting the enterprise growth and media strategy, leading media planning, and allocating investment across channels. The successful candidate will also be tasked with leading a high-performing team, influencing senior leaders, and ensuring that the company's vision, mission, and values are upheld in all interactions. Candidates for the Vice President of Growth and Media position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 12 years of progressive marketing experience. A strong background in integrated media, performance marketing, and enterprise growth strategy is essential, particularly within a complex, multi-location consumer business. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in managing large, multi-channel media investments and a deep understanding of marketing measurement, financial stewardship, and commercial partnerships. Experience in the automotive, retail, or franchise sector is a plus. The ideal candidate will be an enterprise strategist, a performance-oriented operator, and an influential partner, with a strong focus on customer-centered leadership and talent development.
