About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Business Integration to spearhead the strategic growth and development of new business within the advertising and marketing industry. The successful candidate will be the chief growth architect, responsible for driving agency growth through the acquisition of new clients, expansion of revenue opportunities, and the development of a sustainable new business pipeline. This executive leadership role involves overseeing the agency's new business function, managing a development team, and collaborating with senior leadership to identify and secure high-value opportunities. The VP will also be instrumental in shaping the agency's future, influencing strategic direction, and driving transformational growth. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in sales, business development, and marketing within the advertising, marketing, media, or communications industry, with a proven track record of generating significant new business revenue. The role requires a leader with deep industry expertise, a strong network of client and consultant relationships, and exceptional presentation and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will be adept at strategic business development, possess strong financial acumen, and have the ability to analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with a preference for candidates holding an MBA or advanced business degree. The VP will be expected to achieve annual new business revenue targets, grow the qualified pipeline, and improve pitch win rates, among other performance metrics.
