Remote HR Talent Acquisition & Generalist

Sharing Excess Inc.

Sharing Excess is seeking an HR Generalist, Recruiting to lead full-cycle recruitment across all hubs and departments, from warehouse to leadership roles. You will also backup on core HR operations, onboarding, HRIS updates, and compliance tasks, partnering with the HR Manager and Senior HR Generalist. You will recruit for multiple states (PA, NY, IL, MI) and support travel to hub locations as needed while maintaining a candidate-focused, values-driven process.
