Position Overview

As a Front Bar Receptionist, you are the first impression of FACE FOUNDRIÉ. This role is responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience while supporting daily operations, driving retail sales, and maintaining brand standards in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while embodying FACE FOUNDRIÉ brand standards
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals
• Maintain an organized and efficient appointment schedule
• Educate guests on services, memberships, and skincare products
• Recommend and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ retail products
• Support daily operational tasks and front desk responsibilities
• Assist with inventory awareness and communicate low stock levels to management
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and visual standards are maintained throughout the store
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and timekeeping standards
• Attend required trainings, meetings, and ongoing education opportunities
• Uphold all safety, sanitation, hygiene, and board compliance standards

Qualifications

• 1+ year of guest service or customer-facing experience preferred
• Previous sales experience strongly preferred
• Salon, spa, or beauty industry experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Passion for skincare, beauty, and client experience

Job Type

• Full-Time
• Part-Time
• This position requires evening and weekend availability. Candidates must have flexibility to work nights and weekends based on business and scheduling needs.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
