Security Officer Access Control
As a Security Officer Access Control in Chino, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Screener with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will help maintain a secure environment by screening individuals and materials, monitoring access points, and reporting security-related concerns. Your visible presence, attention to detail, and customer service skills will help support smooth operations while reflecting our agile, reliable, innovative, caring, and integrity-driven culture.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to employees, drivers, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Screen individuals, packages, and belongings entering designated areas in accordance with established procedures; report prohibited items, irregularities, and policy violations to site leadership.
- Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and maintain required screening-related records and documentation.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including entry points, loading areas, and the facility perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
