As an Access Control Officer at a retail distribution center, you will manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and help maintain a secure environment for team members, visitors, and deliveries. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, drivers, visitors, and vendors at a retail distribution center by carrying out site-specific access control procedures and security-related policies.
• Monitor and control access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor and driver logs, and direct authorized personnel to appropriate areas.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, parking areas, loading docks, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized access and report unusual activity.
• Document daily activities, incidents, and access-control observations accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
