Salesforce Developer

Insight Global is seeking a Salesforce Developer for a leading healthcare-focused client. This individual will step into a highly visible role and serve as a hands-on technical leader, helping bridge a critical gap within the Salesforce organization. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of architecture, engineering, and business-facing experience, working across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Nonprofit Cloud, and Service Cloud environments. This person will collaborate directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, support healthcare and nonprofit-related initiatives, and drive long-term Salesforce strategy. The team is looking for someone who is proactive, innovative, and capable of thinking beyond immediate needs to build sustainable solutions for the future. Day to Day:
Design and develop solutions across Salesforce Sales, Marketing, Nonprofit, and Service Clouds
Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand and document requirements
Act as the primary Salesforce technical lead and solution architect
Develop, enhance, and support Salesforce applications and integrations
Work with healthcare-related data while ensuring system effectiveness and compliance
Collaborate with the existing Salesforce team member to support ongoing initiatives
Create scalable solutions that align with long-term business goals
Support data integration, ETL, and data warehouse initiatives
Provide technical recommendations and hands-on development support

Required Skills & Experience

5-10 years of Salesforce development experience
Full-stack Salesforce expertise across:
Sales Cloud
Marketing Cloud
Nonprofit Cloud
Service Cloud
Experience acting as both architect and hands-on engineer
Ability to design scalable Salesforce solutions and provide technical leadership
Strong experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
Healthcare industry experience working with patient-related information and data
Knowledge of data technologies including:
ETL processes
Data Warehousing
Data integrations
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Proactive mindset with the ability to think outside the box
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills


Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience supporting nonprofit and marketing campaign initiatives
Previous experience working in lean teams or as a sole Salesforce expert
Experience rebuilding or stabilizing environments after leadership transitions
Long-term interest in growing with an organization
Salesforce architecture certifications
Experience mentoring team members and establishing best practices
