Bookkeeper Opportunity

Join our team as a bookkeeper! Pay: $25/hour Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Temp-to-hire opportunity Do you love keeping numbers organized, projects moving, and inventory on track? Are you a QuickBooks Online expert who enjoys wearing multiple hats and being at the center of business operations? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We're looking for a detail-oriented bookkeeper to support our growing beauty business. This role combines accounting, inventory tracking, project coordination, and reporting to help ensure our products move seamlessly from production to the customer.

What we're looking for:

• Strong QuickBooks Online experience (all modules)
• Bookkeeping and accounting experience
• Bank reconciliation and financial reporting skills
• Experience managing projects, purchase orders, or inventory
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Proactive, sales-minded approach with excellent communication skills

What you'll be doing:

• Manage day-to-day accounting in QuickBooks Online
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Perform weekly bank reconciliations
• Prepare financial reports and analyses
• Maintain the general ledger and account reconciliations
• Assist with financial statements and cash flow reporting
• Support internal and external audit activities

Inventory & project management:

• Manage open purchase orders from planning through delivery
• Track new and existing products from manufacturing to sale
• Maintain accurate inventory records and updates
• Ensure excellent recordkeeping and reporting
• Collaborate with production and sales teams to support business goals
• Generate reports to assist with inventory, operations, and sales planning
