Key Account Executive | San Jose, CA
Our client is seeking a Key Account Executive to join their team. As a Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, supporting inventory and vending management programs, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Job Title: Key Account Executive Location: San Jose, CA Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay Range: $30.00/hour + Mileage reimbursement
What's the Job?
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at multiple levels within assigned accounts.
- Manage inventory, process orders, verify shipments, stock products, and handle returns.
- Support vending and VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) programs at customer locations.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing customer relationships and increase account penetration.
- Partner with internal teams to deliver solutions and provide exceptional customer service.
- Monitor customer needs and recommend products and services that add value.
- Travel throughout the territory to support customer sites and maintain strong account relationships.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
