I’m Zach Nold, Chief Talent Officer of Crucial Hire, a boutique executive search firm that serves some of the most elite HR teams in the country. About the Role And I’m looking for my right hand. Your Mission: Be my partner in talent. Not a paper-pusher. Not a background assistant. But someone who wants a front-row seat to high-stakes search for Fortune 500 companies, PE-backed turnarounds, and stealth-mode growth plays. Responsibilities Candidate Communication – Email top HR leaders and rising stars on my behalf. Resume Revamp & Strategy – Use our proprietary 5W Resume Formula to craft and enhance executive resumes. Phone Outreach – Build call lists, research contact info, and yes— make calls. Interview Slate Coordination – Keep our interview pipelines tight and organized. Candidate Blurbs – Write crisp, executive-ready introductions that sell. CRM Mastery – Help maintain, tag, and move people through our database (PCR Recruiter). Occasional Candidate Interviews – For mid-level or screened HR talent, lead screening calls and share insights. We have a monthly newsletter that needs to be reviewed, pictures that need to be posted, LinkedIn polls that need attention, offer letters that need to go out, and a calendar that needs to be filled. Qualifications 2+ years in recruiting, research, executive support, or agency environments. Required Skills Excellent written communication (think LinkedIn messages + executive blurbs). Strong attention to detail and organization. Preferred Skills Bonus: Experience with PCR, LinkedIn Recruiter, or tools like Notion, Canva, or ChatGPT.
