Position Overview Full‑Time Teller – Jersey City, New Jersey. This role is part of PNC’s Metro Market and Commuter Region organization. The teller will deliver a unique customer experience, improve customer financial wellbeing, and create loyalty while increasing PNC’s share of wallet. Job Description Delivers outstanding customer service and educates customers on product alternatives and financial options. Identifies banking opportunities through meaningful conversations and makes appropriate referrals to branch staff. Performs lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs. Applies product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems. Adheres to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits; ensures teller and branch daily operations are completed efficiently and accurately. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and individual skill, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible.
