We are on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic Internal Medicine Physician to become a part of our Primary Care - East Paris team in Grand Rapids, Michigan . Opportunity Details

• Position Type: Full-time (1.0 FTE)
• Office Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
• Location: 2144 E. Paris Ave SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49546
• Specialty: Internal Medicine, outpatient
• Hospital Information: Affiliated with a leading healthcare facility in Grand Rapids
• Clinical Team Size: Comprising 6 physicians and 2 nurse practitioners
• Teaching Opportunities: Available for residents, medical students, and fellows
• Call Requirements: 3 days per month, phone calls only, with 24/7 nurse triage support
• Additional Details: Flexible options for a 4- or 5-day work week
• Support: Each physician will have dedicated 1:1 assistance from a Medical Assistant

Requirements

• Preferred experience, but we welcome new graduates
• Board certification in the relevant clinical specialty or the ability to achieve it within the specified timeframe
• Active Michigan medical license or the capability to obtain one
• DEA license

Duties & Responsibilities

A typical day may involve:

• Delivering direct patient care
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Engaging in teaching and mentoring activities
• Documenting patient information in Epic EMR
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives
• Supporting community health initiatives
