Licensed Insurance Sales and Service Representative II (REMOTE)

Position Overview: The Insurance Sales and Service Representative II is responsible for selling and servicing OnStar Insurance policies, while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, state and federal laws. This role is for people who want to solve problems and provide our customers with the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction that they deserve. In this position, you'll be the first contact for customers by providing them with quotes and converting them to long-term OnStar customers. You'll also be assisting them with their post-sales questions and policy changes via a variety of contact methods to include inbound and outbound phone calls, email, chat, and text. Key areas of focus also include proactively partnering with internal business partners, team leaders, and managers to resolve complex customer issues in a timely manner. While Insurance Representatives may have primary responsibilities, they are expected to perform any tasks assigned as business needs require. • Licensing requirements: Must currently hold and maintain a current Property and Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines License in at least (1) US State required
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• High School Diploma Required
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred

Schedule Monday- Friday 11am-8pm CST (FULLY REMOTE)
