Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver direct clinical services to clients experiencing major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders through teletherapy sessions.

• Conduct both brief and detailed assessments, applying evidence-based screening techniques and methodologies to ensure accurate evaluations.

• Create tailored, integrated care plans aimed at addressing the unique needs of each client, ensuring coordination of care with other service providers and family members.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients during moments of acute distress, deploying appropriate therapeutic methods to stabilize situations.

• Monitor progress through regular follow-ups and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring clients receive continued support and the necessary services.

• Participate in team meetings and committees aimed at improving service delivery, sharing best practices, and developing new approaches to patient care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and data submissions, ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
